What is Community Somatics?

This is a free bi-monthly somatic offering. This hour will include somatic education, embodied practices and demos for those who would like to participate in one.

Somatics is the language of the body.  Learning how to recognize our needs and desires is driven by a solid embodied practice. Somatics is key in coming back to our bodies and truly meeting it once again.
